5 gallon water barrel servo coordinate palletizing machine
This palletizer stacks the 5-20L bottles on the pallet in a certain order, and then it transfer the complete pallet of bottles out automatically, the forklift can take the full pallet to the warehouse. This machine adopts PLC and touch screen to control the complete system automatically.
Application:For palletizing the 5-20L bottles.
Working flow
During the production, bottles are transported by conveyor to the bottle arrangement table for pre-picking, the arrangement system will arrange bottles in a certain order, after arrangement, the gripper will catch the bottles, the single column will lift up the gripper and move horizontally to the top of pallet, and then place the bottles on the pallet; repeat above actions until the complete pallet is finished.
