What are the different types of palletizers?

The following figure shows a high-speed high-level cans palletizing machine that achieves unmanned operation and automatic stacking of products produced by the canning line. It improves the on-site working environment and production efficiency, and meets customer requirements for production processes and packaging.

Other types of palletizers include:

The low-level palletizer shown in the figures,

The servo coordinate palletizer shown in the figure,

The industrial robot palletizer shown in the figure,

The high-level gantry pelletizer shown in the figure.

The Different Types of Palletizers

According to the different mechanical structures, palletizers include the following three forms: (low/high) gantry palletizing, servo coordinate palletizing, and robot palletizing machine.

Gantry palletizing type: generally 3shafts+lifting or lowering; The motor rotates the transmission screwrodand the gear drives the mechanism device. They moves linearly on the linear slide rail, bare shaft, and rack on the reference connecting device; How many shafts it hasmeanshow many devices that move in corresponding straight lines.

It is commonly used for products with large weight and appearance, such as products weighing 150KG or more. Maintenance cost: relatively high. On site installation convenience:complicated. Advantages: Large load, low price, and affordable.

Servo coordinate system: (Generally for the 4 axis, the individual application of the 3 axis) generally 4-shafts, occasionally 3-shafts; The motor rotates the transmission screwrodand the gear drives the mechanism device. They moves linearly on the linear slide rail, bare shaft, and rack on the reference connecting device; How many shafts it hasmeanshow many devices that move in corresponding straight lines.

Maintenance cost: average. On site installation convenience: Convenient. Advantages: Small footprint. Disadvantage: The price is slightly higher than that of gantry palletizing.

Rotating joint robot(palletizer): generally 4/6-shaft robot palletizing; Each shaft is driven by a motor driven reducer to drive the mechanical device, rotating the angle formed by each shaft to make the end run to a certain spatial position point.

Maintenance cost: average. On site installation convenience: Convenient. Advantages: Small footprint. Disadvantage: The price of a single robot is relatively high.

In addition, according to the requirements of the production line, it can be divided into various types of production lines such as single line single stack, single line double stack, double line double stack, and double line single stack.
