Equipment Description
This device divides the packaging process into two parallel lines, with the upper layer conveying packaging materials such as bottles, cans, and soft packs, and the lower layer conveying packaging cardboard boxes. After reaching the designated position, the cardboard box is lifted to the receiving height, and the product falls into the packaging cardboard box under the action of gravity, and then output to the sealing positionat latersection to complete the subsequent packaging process.

6、This machine adopts imported Siemens PLC microcomputer control and touch screen operation. The operating parameters and action process can be freely adjusted on the touch screen, and it has functions such as parameter storage, fault shutdown, alarm, and display.
7、The lifting and lowering positions of the machine are equipped withsensor detecting protection switches. When the machine is running, if any abnormal phenomenon is detected in the detection area, the machine will stop and give an alarm, which maximally protects the safety of production personnel and equipment. It can use board types such as wooden boards, plastic boards, rubber boards, and sleeve boards normally, and has a wide range of applicability.
