Case packer is a device that semi-automatically or automatically loads unpackaged or small packaged products into transport packaging.
Its working principle is to pack the products in a certain arrangement and quantity into boxes (corrugatedcardboard boxes, plastic boxes, pallets), and close or seal the opening of the box. According to the requirements of the case packer, it should have the functions of forming (or opening) cardboard boxes, measuring, and packing, and some also have sealing or bundlingfunctions.

The packing of soft packaging products generally adopts the method of simultaneously forming the box , collecting and filling materials, which can improve the packaging speed.
Mechanism Composition And Mechanical Operation
The basic requirement is to be able to achieve the process of case erector → case forming → product grouping and positioning → product packing → (adding partitions) case sealing.
In the actual operation process, case erecting, case forming, product grouping and positioning are carried out simultaneously to improve the efficiency of packing.
The intelligent fully automaticcase packeradopts a high-speed distribution device and is suitable for various containers, such as plastic flat bottles, round bottles, irregular bottles, glass round bottles of various sizes, oval bottles, square cans, paper cans, paper boxes, etc. It is also suitable for packaging cases with partitions.
Taking therobot case packeras an example, the bottles (one or two boxes per group) are generally gripped by bottle grippers (with rubber built-in to prevent damage to the bottle body) , and then be put it into an open cardboard or plastic box. When the gripper is lifted, the cardboard box is pushed out and sent to the sealing machine. The case packer should also be equipped with safety devices such as bottle shortage alarm and shutdown, and no packing without bottles.
