What is a water bottling line?

This production line is used for the production of plastic bottled purified water, mineral water and other beverages. Thewater filling machineadopts non reflux non-contact filling, with no contact between the bottle mouth and the filling valve, which can prevent secondary pollution of drinking water. There are weighing and liquid level detection quantitative methods to choose from for filling machines. The weight accuracy of weighing and quantitative filling is not affected by the size of the bottle capacity, and the quantitative accuracy is high; The quantitative filling accuracy of liquid level detection is not affected by the capacity accuracy of the bottle itself, and the liquid level accuracy is high. The filling valve adopts a clean sealing design, with a hygienic flow channel. The dynamic seal adopts diaphragm sealing, which has a long service life. It adopts a fast and slow dual speed filling method, with fast filling speed. Bottle shaped components can adopt a quick change structure.
